Little Wing 00 Details

This project started with a broken guitar, being sold for parts on eBay (Intake). It was likely stepped on and the soundboard cracked from the sound hole to the bottom of the guitar, rendering it all but unplayable. Normally such a guitar would be destined for the dump. Instead it found its way to the workshop where the crack was stabilized and filled, sanded and then the soundboard and headstock painted. If you look carefully you can still discern where the crack was.

The paint is artist-grade acrylic and it was finished with three coats of polyurethane. It is not meant to be played, but rather displayed. It is an original and will not be duplicated.
