Repairs Sitar

A good friend of mine picked this sitar up years ago and it has been sitting around gathering dust. He asked me to take a look at it to see whether it could be played or just cleaned up a bit to make a nice decoration. I know exactly squat about sitars, so this will be a good learning experience for me if nothing else. It appears as though it's a rare type of sitar that does not have sympathetic strings, so no Ravi Shankar on this one.

Here are some of the damage highlights: broken headstock face, headstock face cracked, missing chikari pin, missing bridge, bowl is cracked in multiple places, missing sitar guide (nut), no strings and very, very dirty.
