Help Setup

Some items require assembly and setup onsite. If we are shipping the item to you, we will include detailed instructions and any hardware necessary (e.g., screws, etc.). Typically simple tools will do the trick.

Some items may need to be leveled or balanced based on where you decide to put them or due to changes in the material itself. For instance, wood never stops changing no matter how old it is, based on conditions like temperature and humidity. You may need a shim (a matchbook, coaster, etc.) under a leg to keep all four legs on the floor.

Setup is generally free for any items that are delivered as part of our Free 100 program.
