Home And Garden Coyote Wood Memory Box

2025

This handcrafted memory box was made in loving tribute to my late brother-in-law Carl to honor his life and legacy.

The lid is made from richly grained coyote wood, chosen for its warmth and quiet strength. A stone that Carl himself hand-knapped serves as the handle, a tangible reminder of his creativity and presence. The box itself is constructed from recycled pine, giving new life to humble materials in the spirit of remembrance and renewal. Inside, a bed of natural cork cradles keepsakes and mementos, inviting reflection and connection.

This box is a gift for my mother-in-law as both a vessel and a gesture of love, holding space for memory, grief, and the enduring presence of Carl.
